Thabo Bester Left High And Dry As Second Legal Team Ditches Him
Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester has been reportedly abandoned by his second legal team due to his failure to pay his legal fees.
It has been reported that Thabo Bester, who is detained at Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Centre and awaiting his second court appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on May 16th, 2013, has experienced a sudden turn of events after his current legal team has severed ties with him.
SABC’s reporter and journalist Chriselda Lewis has reported that Thabo Bester has been unable to pay his full legal fees.
As a result, it seems that Bester will need to seek a new legal team to represent him. Taking to her Twitter page, Chriselda Lewis wrote:
“JUST IN #ThaboBester I have just received news that the legal team which was due to go on record/represent #ThaboBester on May 16 , will no longer represent him due to ‘failure to pay legal costs’. It seems Bester will now need to find a new legal team.” wrote Chriselda Lewis, SABC
In another tweet, she wrote:
“#ThaboBester 1/2 These lawyers who have pulled out now are the 2nd team to do so. The lawyers who intially represented him at his first court appearance withdrew about a week or so ago citing ‘conflict of interest’.” wrote Chriselda Lewis, SABC
Dr Nandipha Magudumana Throws Thabo Bester Under The Bus
According to a police source, Nandipha Magudumana, a disgraced South African celebrity doctor, is reportedly collaborating with the police and disclosing her criminal acts involving her partner Thabo Bester.
The source stated that Magudumana is willing to divulge details of what occurred to their two missing domestic employees, who were last seen at their hideout rental home in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
Recently, law enforcement authorities raided the couple’s multi-million rand residence following a tip-off that the bodies of Magudumana and Bester’s employees could be interred in the yard.
The police who visited Magudumana at Bizzah Makhate Female Prison in Kroonstad reported that she is cooperating with the investigators.
She reportedly wants to “throw Bester under the bus for everything”.
The cop also said that investigators will be taking Magudumana and Bester to the Hyde Park house they fled from to explain exactly where they allegedly buried the bodies.
