#JusticeForAKA: Mzansi Links The Death Of A Cross Border Fighter Sandile Tembe To AKA’s Murder
The tragic death of a South African cross-border fighter Sandile “Mteshe” Tembe has got social media talking as Mzansi is linking his death to AKA’s murder.
Sandile “Mteshe” Tembe, was shot dead near his home in Manguzi in the Northern KwaZulu-Natal north coast.
He was involved in cross-border crime fighting to curb the smuggling of stolen and hijacked vehicles across the Mozambican border.
According to SABC News, Sandile Tembe was gunned down after alighting from a car on his way to meet a friend.
33 rounds of ammunition reportedly went through his body.
Sandile Tembe was a nephew of the Tembe Clan Chief, Inkosi Mabhudu Tembe. The Kwazulu-Natal premier has since sent a condolence message to the Tembe Royal family.
“KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube has, on behalf of the Provincial Government, expressed heartfelt condolences to the TembeRoyal family following the murder of SandileTembe, a nephew of the Tembe Clan Chief, Inkosi Mabhudu Tembe.”
Tweeps have already started linking Sandile’s death to AKA’s murder as he bears the same surname as AKA’s late fiancee. Netizens think Sandile might be related to Anele Tembe’s family.
AKA was gunned down on 10th February in Durban. Tembe’s family was accused of ordering a hit on AKA after he was assassinated in Durban which happens to be Anele Tembe’s hometown
