Babes Wodumo, who is a popular gqhom star in Mzanzi has posted pictures which raises eyes.
The singer and dancer posted a picture of herself and two other people with the caption, “abantu bami”, in translation, “my people”.
They look happy and they were having drinks.
This comes as a shocker because Babes Wodumo has just lost her husband and the paternal grandmother of her child, Sponge.
The announcement of the passing of the grandmother came out 2 days ago, when Babes posted a beautiful picture of Mampintsha’s mother with Sponge and other videos of her. This came after a few weeks since her husband, Mampintsha, was laid to rest.
Besides these pictures, Babes has not been mourning the usual way a widow is expected to mourn in the Zulu culture. She was also dancing at her husbands memorial and even attended gigs.
