“There Are Poor People Suffering” || Why Is The Government Paying For Rich Mapintsha’s Funeral?

The country is still trying by all means to accept the death of multi award winning musician Mapintsha. He was famously known for producing good music that always leave people amazed. He was recognized as one of the best musicians that the country had. Ever since his death was announced a lot of people have been revealing that they are really saddened and finding it hard to believe that he is really gone. He was admitted at the hospital after he suffered a stroke.

The family had hopes that he would come out strong but sadly it went the opposite way. He left his wife Babes Wodumo who used to be very supportive towards him and they used to work together agaisnt the world. It has been reported that he will be laid to rest tomorrow and large number of people are expected to attend his funeral because he was really loved by a lot of people. On the other hand the family seem to be divided.


 

There is a video that made it to social media when Mapintsha’s family members were shouting fighting to see his body. It was reported that Babes Wodumo is the only one who has a say about who should see his body and the country does know that his mother was not in good terms with her. This is a sad time for them and they should have been uniting but they are fighting. People in the country have been complaining after it was revealed that the government would pay half of his funeral money.

Now people are left wondering why the government would do such a thing. There are many poor people who are suffering for real in the country but they want to spend money for his funeral. He was a rich person together with his wife owning several businesses surely the family can be able to pay for the whole funeral. People have said that th government should not do such a thing but rather focus on empowering poor people.
